We use two types of shipping services:
Sendle door-to-door courier services for most deliveries to residential or commercial properties
Australian Express Post for PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or for customers in Tasmania.
Consider having your parcel delivered to your workplace even if it's to be left at reception. We don't want any lost parcels! Signature on delivery means if someone suitable isn't available to sign for your parcel, a pick up or re-delivery card will be left. Please track your order and arrange re-delivery ASAP if needed.
If you have any questions about your shipping please contact us prior to purchasing. Sendle courier services are completely traceable as is Australia Post. If we are required to use Express Post, the Signature on delivery option is unavailable as this is an added cost to us. If you require this please contact us prior to purchasing.
Receipt of goods is your responsibility. If Sendle courier services leaves a card for you to arrange a re-delivery this is your responsibility and action must be taken within 4 days or your order will be returned to us. Any orders that are marked return to sender will only be resent at the expense of the customer. Please track your order and arrange re-delivery ASAP if needed.
For most orders shipping takes 2-4 days with remote areas taking up to 5 days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. (weekends excluded)
Please enter your shipping details carefully and do not abbreviate your address (Tce, Ave etc) as shipping information is transferred electronically and will be registered as it is entered. Be specific if you have an unusual or hard to find address. Send us an email if needed and we'll take action to make sure your order is delivered correctly.
Tasmanian Residents we use Australian Express Post.

International Orders: Dog Water Bottle Co is not liable for any import taxes, customs taxes or fees. All fees are to be paid by the customer upon receipt.
Shipping Terms and Conditions:
1. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
2. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. International orders do not include customs or duties; you may be liable for these once the parcel reaches its destination country. We cannot advise of the possible customs or duties you may be responsible for.
4. Customs delays may add to shipping/delivery time frames.
5. You must ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this is correct. We are unable to give refunds, if we are supplied with an incorrect address. If a re-shipment of the order is required because of an incorrect address (once an order is returned to us for this reason), the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
